CFE PRINCIPALS
J. Carroll Faulkner, P.E.
Mr. Faulkner has provided project management and administration for public and private sector clients. Prior to the formation of C Faulkner Engineering, L.P., he served as President of CFX, L.P., and CFX Construction, L.P., where he was responsible for supervising office operations of both companies. Mr. Faulkner has over 24 years of engineering experience designing and managing projects ranging in size from small fast-food stores to a 220,000-square foot shopping complex. In addition, Mr. Faulkner served as Project Principal on over 30 design-build projects for Southwest Texas State University, Texas Tech University, Motorola, and ALLTEL. Mr. Faulkner has overseen the design of buildings, bridges and airports and various types of support infrastructure including roadways, driveways, parks, water systems, sewer systems, wastewater treatment systems and more. In addition, he has extensive construction management experience resulting from managing CFX Construction for four years, managing the development of South Shore Harbour, a 1,500-acre resort community and acting as Engineer on numerous construction oversight projects.
Dale B. Shumaker, P.E.
Mr. Shumaker is responsible for the Telecommunications Client Sector Team. This includes the project development, project management, planning, design, cost estimating, and construction of telecommunication projects. He has an established reputation in the wireless telecommunication and municipal emergency radio industry for providing exceptional project management where communication between multiple parties and timeliness is essential. Mr. Shumaker has demonstrated his ability to interface with government departments and telecommunications providers, meet accelerated schedules, stay within budgets, adjust to unforeseen circumstances, and provide a high quality of workmanship. Mr. Shumaker has managed projects for some of the nation's largest telecommunications providers, including AT&T, Nextel Partners, T-Mobile, Sprint and Motorola. His experience includes managing and designing the development of over 2000 guyed tower, self-support tower, monopole, water tank, and roof-top sites for various wireless communications carriers and municipal agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
